I second this. I suspected as a kid that I was pretty stupid. Now I have my own kids, and yep—pretty stupid. They’ll grow out of it.

While I do agree, I have to say that apart from the anime’s tremendously slow pace, I have loved all arcs in some capacity. So even though Oda’s on a non-stop writing spree for years, he still cranks out some solid stories.

He takes one week breaks like four times a year, and gets three hours sleep a night the rest of the time.
