The goal of being PC is to not offend anyone. It's not a bad thing in general, it just doesn't solve anything except to avoid arguments and hurt feelings. It's only a bad thing when it's given more weight than necessary. Arguments and bluntness are necessary sometimes. But being careful with your words and phrasing

I would argue that a true SJW should care about actual policy and systematic prejudice, not how people talk, and I think the show is expressing a similar thought.

Naught Ninjas was the highlight for me, the way they connected our national politics with foreign policy was brilliant. And Cartman was just hysterically funny.

I've been really impressed this season with their ability to draw parallels between different political/societal themes. The PC/gentrification analogy is another example especially considering how the whole season built towards it. And while the guns theme was very obviously tacked on, it was tacked on cleverly and to

They are different flavors of asshole, but Cruz ultimately scares me more. The best analogy I can think of Breaking Bad villains:

Katie Rife is acceptable, otherwise nah.

Not only is the TI comments section great, but who the fuck reads TI? It sucks.

You remember correctly. I specifically recall Alex McCown's blurb on "The End" getting absolutely skewered. But I actually found him to be a perfectly reasonable critic apart from that one time. Honestly a proper hater rant should be amusing enough even when I am a fan of the target.

I'm pretty sure I have the same opinion, but can't remember any of her good writing off the top of my head. Apart from this piece, she was part of the "Bad Beatles Songs" clickbait thing, which actually sullied my opinion of quite a few AV Club writers, many of whom have since redeemed themselves.

I always though it was, like, the side of the head, but point taken.

I was reading comments on The Blaze for some reason and heard that suggestion several times.

They kinda buried the lede there, as it is an instrumental version.

Look, I'm not gonna give every Sublime song a pass, although I like many of them. But regardless of your opinion, they're not, "best known as the band with a lead singer that overdosed on heroin." First of all, that barely even narrows it down.

If I'm being honest, I like bronies more than Marah Eakin.

I got a really good handjob once from a guy named Dodecadork.

Sublime and Billy Squire.

Most Americans already support gun control, it's the NRA…

What's the point of not speaking out? I wrote to my congressman because I'm not going to enjoy my life by doing nothing when people are getting shot unnecessarily. If my efforts are in vein, so be it.

Specifically a transgendered leftist. Jesus Christ, I want to light that guy's dick on fire.
