This is probably a weird opinion, but my favorite GBV song is "Auditorium." The context helps a lot, in between "Closer You Are" and "Motor Away" isn't a bad place to be, but I dunno, it's just perfect.

"Anyways, this isn't a good place to debate which stats are valuable and which aren't."
That was my first 4 for 4 I think, out of about 20 times reading this thread. My immense genius is usually not the kind that does well in Jeopardy, so perhaps an easy day at the races.
You may scrutinize the current formula used to calculate WAR, and in fact, there are two competing formulas used by fangraphs and baseball reference. But in absence of a better method to combine offensive and defensive contributions, simply relying on batting average is not a good workaround.
Batting Average is the ultimate statistic measuring baseball greatness, which is why Bibb Falk (.314) is more highly regarded than Willie Mays (.302) in baseball lore.
Just think of season 1 and season 2 as totally different shows.
Yea and I had such high expectations for its stoner value too, but it's really more of an adderall show.
I guess I kinda do. I've actually cried from hearing an especially good guitar solo or rap verse when high. I wish I were joking. Very good point about Gumball, the large volume of jokes is perfectly suited to the stoned rewatch.
Bad Jeopardy wagers drive me up a wall. It's kinda like bad clock management in NFL games, but worse. Like what the fuck, you know you're going to be on Jeopardy, do some goddamn research.
Thanks, that is really catchy! When it comes to electronica, I don't really like standard club music, but I do enjoy the more creative side of it.
I've mused on this at length before, but the best CN weed shows are SU and TTG. I love Gumball and AT equally but they require a more lucid focus to fully appreciate.
-The latest TTG contained a reference that sort of blew me away, to the circa 1900 poem, "The Darkling Thrush," by Thomas Hardy. It's significant for at least two reasons: it's original title was "By the Century's Deathbed" and it also mirrors much of Raven's backstory. I agree the previous weekly block of eps was…
I feel like I should mention that Peaches got a shoutout during the Phish show in Oregon. Someone was holding a "Peaches" sign which was a request for the Frank Zappa cover "Peaches En Regalia" but Trey messed with them by pretending it was for the artist Peaches and recommending the album The Teaches of Peaches.…
You kid but that is literally the most palatable GOP scenario right now.
The "cooler full of sodas" is like my favorite part about kids cartoons. I kinda need that occasional winking nod to people like me who are too old to be watching this probably.
See now Arnold, there's a real action hero in my book. I can't speak to acting talent, although neither guy seems to have it in spades, but I like his sort of darker take on things. Yea Vin Diesel isn't someone I dislike as a person, he just seems to have the personality of a brick on screen. Maybe if he literally…
Touche. I do not understand the continued employment of Vin Diesel, and cannot really add anything further to the conversation.
Right or wrong, that is not really a counterpoint.
I accidentally read the FJ "question" before seeing the "answer" so I technically missed this absurd lay-up Jeopardy offered us.
Hey if you guys have the Cartoon Network app, check out the Gumball episode, "The Egg." One of my favorites.
