According to the FBI hate crime dropped overall from 2013 to 2014 with a slight uptick in muslims being targeted over that time. 2015 stats havent been released yet and Trump didnt start his bid till halfway through 2015 anyway, so we cant really attribute even the muslim specifc rise to him.
