Didn't we find out in the episode in the nursing home last season that she is actually kind of a bitch though? That she would happily take advantage of innocents in order to further her own agenda? That seems counter intuitive to her being a "Genuinely likable character."

Given that the creator worked on American Dad, I get a distinct slightly more grounded in reality Roger vibe from Chloe. Like Roger, it seems that she has the ability to conjure any situation or scenario so long as it serves her purposes.
