Mental issues are not new. The problem is that as a society we’ve gimped our own mental health research and services a few decades ago. Military service induced PTSD is finally getting some momentum going for it, but not long ago ago it was brushed off as shell shock or cowardice.

For me, mental issues play a factor. My early relationships have been plagued with me being emotionally abused and generally afraid to relax. Although I get compliments that I last so long, I’ve had relationship issues arise from it.
