I had just made this comment. And I feel the same way. Calling the Cavelier indestructible is like calling the Cobalt “functional.” Sure, it functioned, but that doesn’t mean it was ever functional. 

The one constant in my life was a broken cavelier that was leaving someone I knew stranded somewhere.
I’m almost positive they came with factory rust and a hanging muffler.

They weren’t indestructible, they were just cheap as shit and parts were easy to come by, making them easy to fix.
