As attached as anybody can be to a particular character, it’s still a creation made, not for fans, but for profit. Holding the olympics this year, in Japan, where the vaccination rate is stupidly low, is a problem though.

Sadly/ annoyingly, the Xbox version, resolutions aside, still looks a little bit better with enhanced car models and reflections. It’s still crazy to me how poorly done the PC versions were compared to the Xbox versions. 

I’m trying to have hope here. It’s nice to see records broken from an unexpected source. In the racing world, 1 second is a hell of a lot of time, let alone two or three. It’s expected to get lower times in men’s 200m. 

I can’t even imagine hitting a speed like that. That’s dangerously close to Usain Bolt’s 19.19 200m. I wonder if she’ll be able to break through that barrier and not only take the fastest woman’s 200m, but take out/ take on Bolt’s record as well. 

I’m surprised to see the microprose logo pop up. This game looks genuinely fun.

I agree with exclusives, but that’s how the industry runs. Someone has to pay for these games to be made and often, exclusivity puts a lot of funds into the developer’s pockets. One thing I always found interesting about Microsoft is that they used to tend towards buying timed exclusives rather than outright…

I was not expecting a remake of Advanced Wars. Of all games! Nintendo dropped a few bombshells this time around. 

One thing I’ve hated about each Elder Scrolls game since Morrowind, was how they kept dumbing down and simplifying the roleplaying mechanics. It felt like they just kept dumbing down the systems and maybe mashing several categories together.

It looks like this one will have some time to cook yet. I’ve been meaning to pick up the first one, I suppose now is a good time to get it. Surprised to see sequel talk already. Seems like I’m just now seeing more hype for the first one. 

This looks like a whole lot of fun and really gives me vibes of Halo CE with Unreal Championship and Just Cause mixed in.

Not much of a trailer, but if the game has any gameplay similarities to the JC series, it should be decent. Avalanche is a capable dev, though they did fumble a bit with JC4. Which is a fine enough entry into the series.
