The company is Waymo, and yes it is a testing thing, meaning it only operates in Phoenix. Still, just because they are testing doesn't mean they don't exist, it's just that we are very nervous about giving control away from ourselves and as a result we hold these things to standards that are way beyond the standards

Yes we do, they are currently being used in Arizona as driverless taxis, and yes, there are no drivers on these whatsoever, the passengers themselves are in the backseat, unable to even touch wheel If there was an emergency. So far the only accidents involved with them are for incidents where the car was stationary.

We already have level 5 autonomous cars. They are already on the road in various places. The issue is simply that the technology needed to make them work also makes the car look ugly.

You know all they have to do is create a setting that disables gaming if the wheels are moving, no data collection required.

Except the problem is that this guy was helping mod switch consoles to play pirated switch games.

It says in the article, he has a Patreon, so every time he makes a video pulling this stuff he makes $600, and that is in addition to whatever he gets from YouTube considering his channel has 700,000+ subscribers.

Well do you have a better solution, because the alternative is doing nothing and the executives just keep abusing the workers.

I wouldn’t be surprised if that very thing is being discussed behind closed doors.

Two things. One, by your definition, HOLLOW KNIGHT is not a metroidvania. Two, while yes, a game doesn't need to be a side scroller to be a metroidvania, isometric games like this are generally Zelda-like's and nothing in this review seems to imply it isn't, so why not compare it Zelda instead, especially since that

Update from the future, it absolutely did over perform.

Well Spider-Man needs loot because he's perennially broke and needs whatever he can get his hands on to help him pay the rent. Hulk on the other hand, not so much.

Weirdly the main takeaway I took from this was that we finally had an example of a company handling this correctly.

What's a JRGP?

Nah, we’ve seen this before. He doesn’t want to be Lebron’s second. He’ll join the Warriors, win 2 championships, then leave for another team once he realizes he'll never be anything more than Curry's second.

I've seen a few sights reporting it, but mostly it's being treated in the vein of, the sky is blue, water is wet, Trump is a massive racist.

I'd long stated during Moffat's tenure that people were going to look back on his time a lot more positively once he was gone and someone else was running the show. Nice to see I was right.

The problem with that is that after walking out, you now have the reputation of being the guy who walks away when everyone needs you. Once you’ve gotten that reputation, you’ll suddenly find it almost impossible to find a developer that will hire you now.

Oh I agree that sacrificing the OL for an edge rusher is a bad idea, in fact I think sacrificing the offensive line for the defensive line is a bad idea in general. The reason why of course is the quarterback.

I think your argument about edge rushers isn’t fair, since your comparing one player to an entire group, which unless that player is a QB, they will always lose. A better comparison would be the defensive line to the secondary, which is generally an either-or proposition. A good secondary will mean that you don’t need

The reason coaches don't quit is because unlike players, the have guaranteed contracts. As a result, if they get fired, the team still has to pay them their entire contract, but if they quit, then the team doesn't have to pay them anything.
