I don’t know who in their right mind would buy a Nissan over any of their competitors.

They would NEVER have sold any if they were actually low and sport tuned. They NEEDED the average car buyers to think it looked close enough to a CUV.
if they wanted to be comfortable they could have driven their own car/ taken an uber.
I do have to admit, a lot of the ‘but computers’ stuff pisses me off. I’d much rather plug my scanner in, Google an error code, and the next day swap out the part that Amazon delivered than try to putz around with points and timing and all that other crap people dealt with in the olden days.
I have seen a couple SRT-6 Crossfires pop up for sale, they’re usually affordable. The normal ones are starting to get down to the “Why the hell not?” type price.
I think you’re giving the Prowler too little credit. It was amazing at one specific thing: Getting attention. It was a wildly styled production car that was priced so that anyone could dream of owning it. Plus, the ‘99 and up cars made 255 hp and could get to 60 in 5.9 seconds (Almost as quick as a V8 Mustang, which…
The Atlas is definitely worth a look if you’re interested in a 3 row CUV. The back row is only wide enough for 2 adults, but at least they shouldn’t have to crawl to get back there.
1. Auctions and transporting livestock were about the only road trips we took when I lived on the farm. Sometimes we went to an auction just too see what was there, you don’t always expect to buy something. You dont want to driving 2-3 hours one way in the work truck while dragging a trailer if you’re not expecting to…
And honestly, unless you’re buying a chest of drawers every time you go on a road trip, this isn’t really a good reason.
It’s a good point, It may be the best looking of all the early retro designs, but it’s far from the first or the most popular.
I think there’s one simple reason why the Titan won’t die that quickly: It shares so many parts with the Armada and QX80.
No, think about it...
Brake fluid is often overlooked too! I’ve been amazed at how bad it looks coming out of what should be a relatively sealed system.
I’ve found my CC Titan to be a great family vehicle. It’s tall, but my 3 year old could open the door and climb in on his own when I got it (He had to stand on the running boards to reach the handle, but it worked for him). The back seat is big enough to be capable of fitting 3 adults or 3 car seats, or any…
Right, you have to go buy something else to cover your trunk.
The Challenger sells well because it is currently fitting a niche filled by exactly 1 car with no competition.
I specifically mentioned track days, and tight parking spots and crowded cities fit under the “If you can accept ... large vehicle size” part.
While it’s a fabulous truck and I love it, there’s no way I would have paid retail for the thing.
They’re OK at everything, but great at none.
