I've never cared for the Sound of Music but when I watched I think she actually gave my favourite performance.

In high school I was in a production of the Wizard of Oz and we got a real dog to play Toto and he was far more professional than anybody else.

TCM did a thing like this last year except for film noir in conjunction with their "Summer of Darkness" film series. I signed up for it and then promptly never looked at it again.

Unfortunate that you only kept one New Pornographers but thank you for giving love "All For Swinging You Around." That's an all-time song by them imo that I never see mentioned.

Florence Foster Jenkins is a fun thing to yell if you're angry in place of a swear.

I like how the trailer made it clear that the movie has Roger Moore "as Lloyd."

Same here! As I was born Celine Dionne was topping the charts.

So glad that she was able to translate the greatness of her features into an album. This is fantastic stuff.

I just started listening to this podcast. Super fascinating. Nice to see this article as I can kind of use it as a primer.

It's just too bad that Donny probably didn't finish Gorillas in the Mist.

Chance' the Rapper's Coloring Book and the episode Fish Out of Water from Bojack Horseman.

Yeah I remember my mom watching it on TVtropolis. Remember that station?

Damn it! You stole my backup answer with Devil Rides Out. Such an underrated movie.

Stole my answer. Despite the fact that it's mildly ludicrous (actually I love that about it) it also may be my fave episode. That transformation scene is still awe-inspiring.

Looked up that Gilbert song and found this in an old issue of Billboard magazine:

Personal number one is Hot Fuzz (but I mean I'd probably put all of Wright's film in the top 5.)

I hope Zach Woods is getting some serious Emmy consideration because he has been killing it all season

I don't care if the whole post-modern deconstruction of horror tropes things is passé, I absolutely love Scream. I first watched in grade 10 and it inspired me to convince my friends to do a horror movie for our final project for our film class. I just thought it was the wittiest thing and such a fun ride that I
