The top image is a garbage example of a slab pour; where is the inspector? No only is that woven wire mesh not on chairs, making it useless, but it looks like it is way, way too wet and has way too much aggregate in it. Furthermore, that sand doesn’t look compacted, which makes me wonder what this is for.
