The new channel is great! The old channel is great! My only concern is that the sun no longer rises in the Lofi Girl universe. I wonder if the guy behind the account felt obligated to sync the day/night cycles between the two channels so he just decided to go with all night.

Awesome news. I have so many students who listen to the Lofi Girl stream; we sometimes even have it on in class during writing workshops. I’m going to check to see if they’ve already heard about Synth Boy; this was news to me.

Mediocre in what way? As an actor? He’s a pretty good actor. As a person? He seems like a nice guy, and he backs good causes.

I feel ya Chris. Not like I’m in a position to do so, but if I was offered a hosting job at SNL, I’d decline for the exact same reason. Anxiety sucks.

I can imagine SNL could be especially difficult if you suffer from anxiety so this is more than fair enough but for something not live, Chris Evans has shown great talent for comedy in undoubtedly his greatest role, that will he will likely never surpass. I of course refer to Not Another Teen Movie.

I don’t think you want to go down the path of “whoever the President is gets to decide what is and isn’t Constitutional or legal and can just do whatever they want because they ‘have an army.’”

I like the fact that he tried to pivot away from abortion after the interviewer already pivoted away from abortion, and onto miscarriages.

I find it hard to get bent out of shape over Disney sanitizing a story they already sanitized.
