This.

I hope this awful bitch I worked with years ago can never find jeans that really work on her, and also that she may have unfettered access to abortion services should she need them.

On one hand, I’m not sure anyone has the emotional energy to think much about 2024 at the moment. On the other hand, if things are this close with never-trumpers voting Biden and never voters voting Biden because they don’t like tRump, I can’t help but feel like Repubs have a very good shot with any candidate but

Unless you’re in ‘Merica

I keep going back and forth between cautious optimism (early voting is huge. young people are actually involved. twitler is clearly desperate) and utter despair (*gestures at everything*). It’s a wild ride.
I rage donate, drink, and try to make sure my house is in order... just in case.

I’m an architect and I’m not going to get into it with you about historical construction.
1. It is unlikely the building was actually left completely untouched for the entire time.
2. Commercial (school) buildings of that era that are still standing were not built like buildings today and would require less attention

It has surely been cared for in some way but old buildings were built WAY more sturdy than buildings now. My house is 120 years old and it’s the only one on the block that doesn’t leak.

That was my thought as well but with how sticky those windows get over the years even if there’s a non-paranormal explanation it means about 7 highly unlikely things all had to line up perfectly which is in itself pretty creepy.

I did some research after my miscarriage and found that this happened with previous outbreaks of SARS in China but of course any continuing research after the outbreaks focused on male fertility (do not get me started) so they still don’t know exactly what the connection is, only that there is obviously a connection.

I

Considering the info came from my midwife I doubt that. It also happened with SARS

Miscarriages and stillbirths are through the roof during Covid. Be kind people, you have no clue what some people are going through

Marvel is ready to announce newcomer Imon Vellani as Kamala Khan

I will stand by you on this hill

Rebecca has been in my to-read pile for ages. It was just promoted to the top.

Gonna wait for the movie to hit Netflix.

To those freaking out, she had a real cloth mask she just used this for the red carpet photos.

You had me up to “I’d like to see a Tarantino Trek film”, which...no thank you. But I strongly agree that Trek is, at it’s core, a TV franchise. That’s where it’s always shined, the movies are at best entertaining. 3/4 of a star.

Fuck all of them to the moon and back.

On second thought, they can stay on the moon and suffocate.

That how far I read too. After all the real world horror of the disease spread the supernatural stuff seemed hokey.
