I'm not the biggest Street Fighter player, but from the very little they've shown I can see substantial differences in the way the game plays.

The Other M zero suit kinda annoys me because of the raised heel that doesn't make any sense, but if you actually play the game, there's no effort made to sexualize her. And you're almost always in her power suit anyway.

The Zero Suit isn't ridiculous at all.

They're essentially jet boots. She uses them to boost herself up for recovery, as well as blasting them in people's faces for many of her moves. They're actually pretty badass.

The "bikini" outfits (which aren't bikinis at all) are both from old Metroid games.

The suit isn't new. It's historically what she wears under her armor. And also the camera doesn't ever pan on its own, so that doesn't make much sense.

Other M was definitely the worst portrayal, but it wasn't very sexual. It was more demeaning.

Samus is pretty far from being over-sexualized.
