@KLanD: Well played. I think I was trying to convey that as hard as it is to get these massive publishing companies to move at all, they moved moderately quickly with the switch over from flash. To expect them to move again would just be wishful thinking.

@interstatement: Dude, compared to the LIRR, Metro North is the shit. Not only can she keep that buzz going, but the people are generally nicer—definitely no one to rat her out.

@quotidian: Well that sucks. I got a speeding ticket out in Suffolk and had to go to court in riverhead. Pain in the ass, but there was a midget on a suspended license, 2 guys fighting, lots of VERY classy people.

@KLanD: At this point the publishers have already moved past this and are developing with another solution (forgive me, the software/vendor escapes me) so it's a moot point. As soon as Stevie dropped the no-trans-coding deal they were figuring it out.

On the plus side, Suffolk County traffic court is an interesting place. So she's got that going for her; which is nice.
