yea, I've had a dragon just up and leave. Of course, it was when I was when two of them attacked at the same time...I was freaking out for a while cause I just knew it was going to sneak up on me when I least expect it. It never came back.
what difficulty do you play it on? cause it sounds like you're playing with it all the way down.

I was pissed for a short while, as it was the horse I bought, and only had it for an hour or so before that happened.

I went into a cave, with my horse parked no more than 5 feet from the entrance. Came out to the horse dead 20ft or so down the road with an arrow in it.
yea, for a while she had a fire and lightning staff. Scared the shit out of me when I first saw it.
