Man, wouldn’t it have been great if people had used this same statute to try to prevent other massive mergers, such as cable and telecom companies?

Otherwise, the fact that this WASN’T used to prevent those mergers says a lot about how likely this case is to actually pass muster

People who think Call of Duty is a reason to buy one console over another are the real losers of the console wars.

The why is just because techs have to do training to be EV certified and not electrocute themselves with the batteries; this is just an extra revenue stream for the dealers given that maintenance on EVs is limited. They are uniquely prepared compared to other OEMs to support EV maintenance.
