Someone mentioned Trick R Treat. Go with that. Or Slither. Or Monster Squad! Cause man, Monster Squad is secretly a great, great movie. That scene where cool kid Rudy faces down Dracula's Brides with homemade arrows in a lightning storm is awesome.

That's what everyone says. The cave scenes are much more inventive, original, and engaging, but the monsters are pretty scary on their own. I screamed like a damn little girl when they first appear through the Night Vision camera POV shot.

Just watch The Descent twice in a row.

Man, no kidding. If you haven't seen it, "M" is phenomenal.

That's brilliant. No joke, excellent way of breaking that down. You feel like age has anything to do with it?

Don't get too excited about NIN's cover of Zoostation. Trent's vocal delivery just doesn't work at all with the song. He sounds like Bono, if bono was huffing glue.

Shhh, JimmyC. Its ok. He's alive, you just keep thinking that, shhhh, its ok….

I'm glad you brought this up, Miller. Thief is a criminally (haw!) underrated movie. Better in all aspects than drive. Better normally sweet-guy actor as mob boss, better cars, better Objectivist-influenced protagonist.

Does anyone else really dislike Victor Garber? I have an unreasonable dislike of him, the big ol' phony bad actor.

You aren't kidding, mattsg. I think the first time I saw it, I was pretty bummed at the astonishingly pat ending.
