I agree 100%. This is something we need to have a discussion about. But instead of discussing they call everyone who isn’t 100% for punching people in the streets disgusting. Let’s not be like the conservatives, we can have real discussion, questioning whether something is ok, is a good thing to do.

If he were to press charges they actually do have to charge the guy who punched him. He’d most likely be let off as it being justified, but they do have to charge him. The police don’t decide what laws to enforce. That’s the judicial systems job.

But there are laws against punching people. There are no laws against preaching stupidity.
