The folks undercover in the camp are just trespassers, which the police in ep 210 let go because they didn't want to start killing people. My point is very much that, given Waco, they wouldn't do that. Waco they could at least try to claim they didn't intend to murder a bunch of people. This was a drone strike, which a bunch of people witnessed. The shitstorm would be Waco x a billion!

It was a thing, is a thing, will continue to be a thing. The rule was set but, like any regulation, companies were given time to comply. It never actually went into effect.

Hard to say people are worse off, as the status quo has been maintained. The rules were never put into effect.
