Real talk, though.

That’s what is scariest about him imo. We have no idea where he really stands on anything. His presidency would just be him waking up and saying, “Hmm, what do I feel like doing today? Pushing for education reform, or creating a national registry for Muslims? LET’S FLIP A COIN, MELANIA!”

I mean I would vote for Cheetos for president over Trump (the actual food, not the corporation that manufactures them. Like, I would vote for an actual, sentient, life-sized, delicious Cheeto snack piece.)

Men who hate women, hate them, because they fear our power, and one of the only ways they feel they can control us, is to control our bodies. The thing that scares these men so much is the idea of women not needing a man. If a woman can have sex whenever and wherever she wants, then she is free to reject a man or

They think all those Skittles commercials are based on actual birth control delivery

Because if men got pregnant, abortion would be a sacrament.

After reading All The Single Ladies by Rebecca Traister I think she provides a pretty good argument for why this is an issue. It’s an issue for them because something like the pill changes the fabric of society too much for their liking because women aren’t dependent on men when they can’t get pregnant at any time or

You know... I may be reaching here... but these men do a lot of brain gymnastics to find a way to deny shit to women. A fucking PILL (or other forms) causes the white powerful men to lose their shit and take this all the way to the supreme court (over and over forever) just because they don’t want a woman to walk into

Every time I read something about the Supreme Court, it seems that Sotomayor is saying or writing something smart and relevant. Feels like she’s on a path to being a historically great justice.

If we all vote in the midterms, it might happen.

Ivory towers collide with male privilege, and the rest of us:

Compromise?! WTF?! How can a willfully ignorant group of men who choose to not understand how insurance and birth control work be both legal and moral arbiters?

I KNOW. IT MAKES ME NUTS.

I imagine there’s a LOT of things that people with that kind of money don’t understand.

seemed to think that insurance exchanges provided individual contraceptive coverage and that women could easily purchase an insurance plan that would only cover birth control.

This is how I picture the SCOTUS men asking questions on contraception:

>many of the male justices (Roberts, Kennedy, and Alito especially) seemed to think that insurance exchanges provided individual contraceptive coverage and that women could easily purchase an insurance plan that would only cover birth control.

My office does not even have small trash cans in the stalls of the ladies room. This is an office that was built in 2008. They have kindly supplied us with those old school disposal bags in the stalls that you can then throw in the trash can outside of the stall.

NO ONE IS PERFECT, JUJY

Yeah, but he wears a fanny-pack in 2016, so..............................................?
