For being “Everything announced during the Nintendo Direct” you sure missed a number of titles announced in the direct... SD Gundam Battle Alliance being one of the ones I was hyped about and only found out was announced from friends after reading this article.

I’m more excited by the fact we’re getting an official translation of Radical Dreamers. Considering it never even got a physical release in Japan back in the day, I was sure it’d never happen

Chanbara looks exactly like swordfighting

They should have done a 40 minute parody of Sony’s very dry Gran Turismo State of Play showing off new Mario Kart DLC. “…and here is how puddles dry on Choco Mountain…”

Oh, no doubt. Even if it finishes up in March 2023, Nintendo will save it for Holiday 2023.

Did you really think Breath of the Wild 2 was coming out in the next few months?

You could argue of course that it’s very easy for itch.io to say this, since the site is about publishing small indie games and would have almost zero business to lose by taking this stance.

I totally agree with the assessment on NFTs.

Woo! I’m glad we beat this cloud nightmare where we can never own a game again; though I fear Gamepass will evolve into this nightmare next and do a boiled frog approach to taking everything away after first giving us everything.

And remember that Ubisoft gets a cut whenever you sell their NFTs.

So this nerd will spend longer for losing a Japanese company some money (not even a lot of money) than insurrectionists who stormed the capital and actually, literally murdered people.

I think the worst part is that it’s a “gift” that Ubisoft is going to be making money directly off of.

Oh, you guys don’t get it. This is just the initial step before fully transitioning your wages and bonuses to our own crypto and NFTs.

It’s not even a jpeg. It’s a link to a jpeg.

Pouard admitted internally that the “interoperability” question remains unanswered.

Usually we give them team hats when they finish a project - I know, let’s give them pictures of hats, instead! Better yet, we’ll pretend it’s some sort of bonus. If this works, we can start sending them pictures of money instead of paychecks...

So long, Gary Bowser.

Its attempting to make people complicit in their dumbass NFT scheme. That’s all this really is.

And a corporation gifting people NFTs instead of bonuses or raises is the exact level of stupid I expect from this future.

Their yearly bonus will be a fucking jpg! Brilliant!” - marketing dork
