Twitch is pretty lax when it comes to copyrighted content in the moment. I suspect he thought he’d get the same treatment on Youtube, which is naive as hell.

Kind of odd he chose to play even a millisecond of the offending song on this video.  I’m not really sure why he thought that was a good idea?  It clearly didn’t take the video down, but still, that was pretty risky.

This has always been a bit of a faulty argument.  By that logic no problem should be tackled except whichever one is perceived to be the worst.
