That was always the plan. I’d prefer they keep doing what they were planning on doing rather than try to cram the other games/storylines into this.

Chu Chu Rocket is awesome, but, I wouldn’t bother playing it if it didn’t have physical buttons and isn’t online. I can’t imagine why they didn’t put that on consoles years ago.
X button. I get confused if someone says Cross button instead.
There’s nothing redundant about Super Mario Maker. Super Mario Maker 2 isn’t an upgrade it’s a completely different game. It’s easy to say that they just upgraded the original if you haven’t played it, but, I have played thousands of hours of each, and they couldn’t get much more different.
I realize that MS is doing pretty bad, but, Nintendo isn’t going to give MS a new game just out of pity. This is nice, but, it’s just an old N64 rom; They’re not going to cut production on any of their 1st or 2nd party studios just to help out an old and failing rival.
That’s just like video games. People buy them, play them a few minutes (if that) and forget about them never playing them again. In fact, they had to make websites like Backloggery.com just for people to keep track of games they bought and never played.
That’s exactly why I buy Nintendo consoles. I love the weird stuff like this.
I had that problem recently but solved it with a 512GB micro-SD card. I think I’ll be good for a long time, probably until they release their next system.
I wouldn’t say that every game has to be on Steam, they just won’t get any of my money if they don’t. The last time I bought a game that wasn’t on Steam (Windows Store), I never played it because it’s not with my other games so I forgot it existed. So I won’t buy any games that aren’t on Steam going forward, it’s a…
That’s fine with me. I’ll just spend my money elsewhere. I’ve got way too many choices when it comes to playing good games.
Definitely none of them. I barely use my phone as it is, this would just go to waste.
Super Mario Maker 2 has the best achievement system. You beat a certain number of levels, you get a t-shirt, you make a really good level that a lot of people like and you get a hat, etc. And, it’s not some message you see in the corner that pops up, it’s visible to anyone you play against or with, or anyone who plays…
No, you are mistaken. Kinja only requires you to log in once.
You’re right, it’s not any different than what a lot of other companies do. And, like EA, or Ubisoft, I won’t be buying Bathesda’s games either. There are better games elsewhere I could be playing that don’t require me to jump through any hoops.
Ever since I played Grab Them By The Eyes, I’ve been really looking forward to whatever project he was doing next. I’m a big fan of his games so I’ll buy his next game no matter what, but, I’d really like to see a full fledged retail release sequel to GTBTE. Hopefully with online multiplayer battles.
I used to play video games in an attempt to play all the different kinds out there, and now that I’ve spent so long playing them over the years, I feel like I’ve seen it all. But, it’s not a bad thing because my perspective changed, and I still like playing video games, only now I can really focus on the types of…
That baseball game better have motion controls for the batting, at least as an option. I don’t care much for baseball generally, but, I loved hitting homers in Wii Sports Club and Wii Sports so this would be an easy pick up for me. Otherwise, I guess I’ll save my money.
“While sometimes I think it would be nice if Nintendo included an option to insert text boxes into Mario Maker levels, not having that option forces players to be more creative with the tools that they do have.”
Those games that are on the Switch are there because they have the rights. The games in the article are some decent NES games, but, it’s up to the publishers to put them up there if those publishers still exist and have the rights to the games. If the people who made TMNT II (as if the rights weren’t a nightmare) were…
Even with extra joycons bought separately, it’s still going to be a hassle playing that way. There’s no kickstand, and you’re hands will be holding joycons, so you’ll have to lay it down in your lap, or flat on the floor/table while you play it at a weird angle. Then, for something like Splatoon 2 playing with…
