Forever and a day now, I've been able to see more stories "below the fold" on the "Recommended" scroller on the left side of the page, but I see no way to scroll down and see those other stories. Is this just me or am I misinterpreting the page layout somehow?

This is precisely what I mean when I say its hard to be an ally when even supportive comments are made to seem inappropriate. I didn't make the whole thing "about me", I merely related a relevant personal anecdote.

If you read through my comment and somehow got that I was denying the validity of harassment claims, then I have no idea how to respond.

How does one "think objectively" about being harassed?

Part of the problem is that sometimes there's overreactions on both sides. I remember one time I made a comment on a female Green Lantern costume, I don't remember what I said precisely but it was something along the lines of "this is one of the best female Green Lanterns I've seen", and people's heads exploded.

I literally have no idea if this comment is sarcastic or serious...but it works either way.

I'd be interested to hear an elaboration, since that seems to be the going consensus.
