I saw a clip from season 1, episode 1, and Boyd has on a t-shirt. It jumped out at me immediately. I love his current clothes, and I'm so glad someone thought to put him in stuff besides just t-shirts.

I also noticed the interruption from Jack, and scoffed at it. You are certainly not allowed to just pipe up to throw in your own two cents.

I'm guessing he waived his right to a jury trial? I noticed there wasn't a jury either, and that's the only thing I could figure.
