She dresses like a (for lack of a better term) hipster. There are many, many, young women in urban areas that dress just like her. It's ironic, and it's not really supposed to be flattering. I'm not sure how you lived in DC and New York and are flabbergasted by how she dresses. It's an art-school hipsterism that is

I think the see-through shirt she wore for the doing-coke episode a few back was certainly used for humor. I know I laughed when she was running around in it throughout the episode— it gave a weirder feeling to every scene she wore it in.

Haha. Then I gather you are now familiar with the feeling, if not the phrase, "hot dwarf cognitive dissonance".
I saw Robin Hood too, but that show was such a train wreck that I had to stop watching somewhere in the second season. I'm curious how North and South (book version) is— the story to me seemed like a rip-off

I've read some Elmore Leonard, and I have to admit I wasn't crazy about it. It's weird, because I love Justified, and I love the dialog and elements that people point to in the show and say "classic Leonard". So I'm not sure why I wasn't crazy about it. I think that maybe plot is his weakest element; in the book I

Was the movie North and South based on the book? Because I can tell you that you are missing out in book version without the smouldering Mr. Armitage.

You watched a re-run of an old dog show. I'm trying to imagine what your life is like.

@avclub-315b70a591bfd3c281d13e458aed35fa:disqus Yeah, that one was great. His genuine glee and astonishment at those types generally sell that segment. It's great to watch someone be as happy as he is at that moment.

What are you proud about, specifically? That seems like a strange statement.

Hooray! Fall Out Boy appreciation thread!

Reasonable.

Also, the sex scenes in this show are so hilarious and awkward. She wouldn't be able to do them if she wasn't willing to do nudity.

Moved for inabilty to post correctly.

I love it. I think that it's a giant F you to everyone when she does it, because she must know how much people complain about it. It's like Bryan Cranston in his underwear; it's just a weird actor trademark/quirk.

@The_Guilty_Party:disqus The poster was referring to a viral video where a bunch of filipino prisoners did the thriller dance with a precision that only comes from learning it at gunpoint. It's pretty amazing.

CHOCOLATE, CHOCOLATE, CHOCOLATE, ACK

Damn! That's why I haven't seen it! I kept thinking that I was looking for the Dublin mudslide icecream, (also irish and alcohol-related), but that didn't seem right. That figures, I loved the Black and Tan flavor.

Yeah, the commercials were hilariously bad.

I re-watched that episode, too, and yeah, it's bad. I think it was probably bad when it originally aired. Don't base your impressions on that episode.

Yes! Why the green screen? It was so distracting! I kept wondering if that was part of the joke. Was it?! What am I missing?

I thought so too. I did just see Zero Dark Thirty this past weekend, so I thought maybe I was just doing an unfair comparison. But he really looked overly doughy, to the point that his face really looked different.
