Help me Step-Messiah, I'm stuck in the popcorn bin.

To re-iterate.. someone is going to fuck that bucket.

I think they actually stumbled backwards into a spill proof popcorn bucket.

Yeah; Twitch and Youtube aren’t really my style, I only stream on microorganisms.

You’re either being willfully ignorant/arrogant or you’re spouting blatant revisionist history to justify whatever weird console biases you have. You don’t have to like Microsoft but the only one that’s wrong here is you.

In North America, the Xbox 360 outsold the PlayStation 3 by about 8 million units. We can debate opinions about consoles and console manufacturers all day long, but sales figures are the only objective data there is. And in that regard, PS3 was the clear-cut third place seventh generation console in the U.S. Being

360 literally sold more in NA than PS3. Sales figures state that as an absolute fact, and its online features were above and beyond anything Sony offered at the time.

I don’t use Twitch and have never seen a single second of a Pokimane stream. That said, I am very aware that she’s got a pretty significant following of millions of people, and other gaming outlets are reporting on this as well.

Sooooo, that’s probably why.

You’re not sure why a gaming website would report on the retirement of a high profile gaming streamer?

Thanks, you’re definitely the first person in the world to address fear of flying with the driving risks analogy. How very original.

Several years ago GameStop for Black Friday had a “buy an Xbox 360 for $70 and get a $70 rebate” deal going on. I picked up Lost Odyssey for $5 at the time to get free shipping. I still have it hooked up to a TV, with Lost Odyssey in the disc drive. I have maybe 5 hours in to the game and the system. I should probably

Cute idea! With a lot of effort. But NOTHING about the way it’s rendered reminds me of the N64. There’s a cell shading effect that the N64 could never pull off. The anti-aliasing is all wrong. The textures aren’t compressed the way they would have been. It’s sort of late PS1-like, but the frame rate and camera

...publishers are knowingly, intentionally selling access to a game before it’s finished. Pretty sure they’ve stopped giving a f*** what they’re selling as long as they get their money. And if they don’t, well, that’s [insert random scapegoat] to blame. Why? Because their customers have told them that they’re okay

I have no sympathy here. If you’re stupid enough to give a company 30 dollars for less than a handful of days, you’re already fleecing yourself, might as well have the company fleece you too with subpar service.

I mean, this is the company that is laying off 2,000 people while simultaneously giving Bobby ~Fucking~ Kotick a gigantic golden parachute of $400 million.

I don’t care how good or addictive a game is - if I worked for the company that makes it and they laid me off, you couldn’t pay me to play one of their games again. On top of that, the fact that this person had absentmindedly stockpiled these codes for years brings even less worth to this supposed “prize”.

Ugh. I was happy when Embracer got the IP since there was a good chance they’d actually do something with it. After the $2b deal fell through, I guess they’re going to be really conservative with their projects from now on. There goes any hope for a new LoK.

This is very disappointing.  The franchise that could arguably out cyberpunk Cyberpunk.
