I barely knew this game existed. What little that popped up was blink-and-you-miss-it clips here and there. Dead Space Remake got live streams with the devs et. al, asked for fan feedback, and was released this year. Not meeting sales goals…

I mean... they could just not do it. Putting ‘earlier’ access behind a paywall is bullshit. Doesn’t impact me personally, since I can wait years for something to hit a price I’m willing to buy it at. But people with less impulse control are being preyed on with these tactics.

Well I know enough to know that’s a bad faith statement. Their entire revenue stream is based on microtransactions, of which there are MANY. Also structured with their own proprietary currency(non-refundable!), so you can’t just outright buy something. The goal being you always have “change” left over to spend on…

I came around on Fox year’s ago after Jennifer’s Body and her stint on New Girl, so no dislike here, just indifferent neutrality. But if she’s “focusing on her children”, then why date MGK? Dude strikes me as a flaming POS.

Best part is if you tab over to something else the audio stops so you can’t even “watch” the ad while I do something else. Gotta get them ad bucks.
