@pond-side-over: Bieber as done by Sigur Ros makes for happy soul listening. Bieber as done by Bieber makes me want to hit my own self in the face with a wine bottle.

I feel like everything that can be said on the BMI has been said. Nothing new ever comes out of these threads, just the same echo chamber of stories about how everyone's personal situation contradicts the role of the BMI in determining health.

Oh look! It's one of those see through side mirrors I keep hearing so much about.

Oh God. This is how I self diagnosed my multiple sclerosis.

This clip was the most embarrassing thing to come out of the Emmys fashion stakes.

Perhaps it's because I'm Australian and I've been exposed to a bit more of Miranda Kerr, but I have to say she is one of the dullest creatures on the planet. I cannot find anything inspiring about her. David Jones went from mega goddess Megan Gale representing their store to freaking Kerr? Big mistake.

I sympathise with the idea that no-fault divorces may leave some partners with no recourse and a lot of pain, be it emotional and/or financial.

@TheGintheCity: That's interesting. I didn't realise that.

@RenoDakota: But he's so like, edgy and shit.

@TheGintheCity: Yeah, I got the impression that we were supposed to think it was all in Patrick's head.

@LadyTudorRose: Agreed. I like that they left most of the extreme violence to the imaginations of those who'd read the book.

Well gosh. I guess finding the idea of rat infested, acid burnt vaginas 'offensive' makes me nothing but a Puritanical Prudence.

@blancolucian: I remember reading a comment here some time ago complaining about how Jim and Pam were overrated and irritating. I thought to myself, "Self, who is this person? Can she not see the excellence of Jim and Pam? Does she not live in my world?!"

Mindy, please let there be more Kelly Kapoor in Season 7. Also, Jim and Pam need to be taken down a peg. Smug Central.

@Juuuuuules: I can't speak for other non-US countries, but in Australia the tampons with the applicators are harder to find and more expensive. Most tampons here are applicator free. I honestly have no idea if this is from a discretion or environmental marketing point of view.

@haguenite: Mine said, "Where's Australia? Is that in England? DENIED."

This reminds me of my favourite joke.

Mary Louise Parker sounds like a fox.

A friend of mine met a woman at a writers' residency program in California who had something frustrating to report.
