Oh yeah, violence and gore is a very small part of the movie. I think all of it might be confined to 10-15 minutes total.

I HATE scary movies, but am fine with thrillers. To me Get Out is more of a thriller. There are maybe only 3-4 “jump scares” in the movie and they’re relatively minor. Oooh enjoy! I saw it last Sunday at a matinee and thoroughly enjoyed it I highly recommend it, especially to any fellow horror movie wimps who have been hesitant to see it. It’s totally worth a watch even if the idea of watching horror movies is about as unpleasant to you as getting a pap smear.

I went in for a diagnostic because there was a distinct bulge in my right armpit. Mammo saw nothing. Ultrasound saw ... nothing. Like, the bulge is externally visible, but apparently it’s just the shape of my armpit because 3 doctors looked and there’s nothing IN there.
