With THQs recent track record, I'm inclined to check this one out.

I'm surprised there isn't a single arcade title in the top 20 live titles. Battlefield 1943 was the top selling arcade game which you could only play on live. I get now why they shifted all their focus to B:BC 2.

Interesting... I was just thinking about this. I went to my local Best Buy this weekend and all they had were 60GBs. Which is odd because all they use to have was 120GBs. They didn't even have spot for the missing 120s.

@Clatu6: We start to see the Brutes in Halo 2 because of the "failure" of the Elites to protect Halo.

@skarecrow13: Yes, they were a part of the covenant all along. The book "Contact Harvest" actually indicates that the brutes was the second convenant species to come into contact with the humans, Jackels being the first.

Hmm... me thinks we have the beginnings of what a premium subscription (Platinum?) would look like.

@Neural_Net: There is no way BF3 releases in 2010 since DICE is doing the Medal of Honor mutiplayer.

@Terrorsaur - Five Six: I think you'll have a good way to judge when Battefield Bad Compnay 2 comes out...so far they are saying the right things.

@tehs2h: Well.. joystiq reported Borderlands on the PS3 did 113k in sales (531k total) so if the PC version sold more than 7k then it surpassed Uncharted 3 in total numbers.

@tehs2h: Gamasutra usually posts the top 20 the day after the NPDs come out as well as an in depth summary report. It's quite good. #npd

@Strangelove: depends on the ban. A console ban permantly prevents that console's serial number from going onto to live regardless of the gamertag.

While I think Netflix is good on as many devices as possible, if they did in fact circumvent the agreement, what does that say about Netflix as a business partner?

Major Nelson has always been the respectful one. He always giving Sony and Nintendo props for good games.

They also listed Left 4 Dead 2 for the PS 3. I'm betting this is a mistake.

I like how he doesn't even talk about the Wii. The Wii will dominate and still proably have more than 360 and PS3 sales combined this holiday season.
