Yeah, that was my “WTF” moment. WRX specs are primarily manual. You have to look to find an auto more than otherwise.

Was more talking about performance on the road... but sure.
It is a downright shame the Outback isn’t offered manual. A great car without the pull-me-over trims.
Yeah... I was kinda confused...
That was a moment of worry for me once upon a time! Everyone else was drunk as fuck and I was “laugh at them DD”. I got behind the wheel being all like “I got this shit...” and then I had to do a doubletake and actually look at the shifter diagram to figure out that reverse goes in a different direction...
Once in awhile you see someone get into a manual and have no idea...
100% this. MS6 is a car I cry about because they stopped production. A cheap Suby-killer and stealth-as-fuck.
Wait. Who is Trump’s campaign manager this week? I get confused when they go in and out so quickly.
Just a reminder: Subaru’s only manual transmission car in the US is the Forester.
A good condition Mazdaspeed6 seems the best IMHO.
Good condition Mazdaspeed6.
I’ll admit I’ve never myself driven a manual Jeep. I just imagine that getting such a heavy car to go isn’t easy to pick-up on. But yeah, low end torque would make that way easier!
Yep! :)
I feel the same way. I was born ‘84 and had boomer parents who were a little older than average when I came along. I think most millennials had early gen-x parents who imposed gen-x ideals on their kids.
The only way it actually works is if all cars are autonomous. But that’s crazy when cars with the tech are out of reach for 95% of the population.
I get so worried when the car makes adjustments. It always feels like it drives like a moron making a series of overcompensation and under compensations to hit the right mark. Like, the autopilot would get pulled over because it seems like the pilot is drunk over and under compensating for every little bit.
Haha... awesome. Great idea :)
Can you imagine the stalls trying to get a manual Jeep to go when you don’t know how to drive a real car? lol.
I thought peds actually didn’t have right of way in Cali. Hence why in the Northeast (where peds do have RoW) flashing your lights is a signal that someone else should do things while in Cali flashing lights is more of an “Incoming!” kind of statement.
Not at all paranoid. Smart! And what, it takes all of two seconds to swivel your head in the other direction, too?
