You mean the same way we got the old Top Gear.

So one “driverless” car was rear-ended by a regular car with an inattentive driver and another was piloted briefly the wrong way down a one-way by its human driver, possibly simply doing a three-point turn, and “Uber’s self-driving cars are driving like asshats”?

Why not? Low center of gravity, wide track width, longer wheelbase compared than most CUVs, short rear overhang, good horsepower, adequate payload for the hitch weight of a small trailer.

But the Hab IS reusable – possibly more so than the main Ship itself, since it encounters so much less stress. And it’s not a short journey – 80 days is the BEST case, and that’s just for Mars. He wants these to go to Europa, Callisto, beyond.

The fact that you can now finance cars on 96 month terms and still buy expensive homes with no money down shows me that no, we did not learn anything from 2008.

It’s not going to look like that. It’s not going to have those gigantic wheels. It’s not going to have that futuristic facia. It’s not going to have suicide doors, It’s not going to have a retractable steering column. It’s going to be a Golf (or a Polo) slightly modified and electric.

2nd Gear: Automakers Balk Even More At Fuel Economy Rules

Hey sweetie. Look around real quick. This is what poor life choices look like.

I get a child’s christmas morning internal sense of joy when i see a stanced car sitting at the side of the road. I’m all for various car culture, but that’s not car culture, that’s douche culture and an innocent car was forced to be apart.

I think this mindset underlies all the others. And it’s an important one.

I would add, “Swallow your pride and admit that, like all other humans, you aren’t actually a good driver.”

Robots have no such preconceptions.

I disagree. Of course most will be fitted from the factory with fast charging, but I don’t think the car is rendered pointless without it. 230 miles would allow me to take the family to visit my parents, about 80 miles each way and not have to worry about range like I do now with my current i3. We’ll come home with

Well, and because Teslas have proven to be incredibly good cars. For me, the model S and X are way too large. So more athletically sized car with all of the virtues of the larger ones is definitely going to be a good thing.

The reality is, you can have a Bolt and a deposit on a Model 3 also. By the time you take possession of the Bolt, reach the end of a 2 or 3-year lease on it, your Model 3 may be just about ready to deliver.

Yeah ugly beats average reliability all day long.

I’m going to have to interject here, and note that the car is called Budd-E, and you said “weasel”, so this must be done.
