To stop someone from speaking?
Well, make all the jokes you want about "snowflakes" and "safe spaces", but I have yet to see any college Republicans throwing hissy fits, (and yes, they are hissy fits) to keep progressive speakers off campus. If anybody has an example to the contrary, let's see it.
That might have been the Jonathan Demmiest movie of them all.
Okay.
Well, as long as you have "hella fun", Taylor.
Stop. I agree now. Baseball sucks because the people involved don't move around very much.
Oh yeah…and they signed that treaty with Hitler, and were totally cool with helping the Nazis assrape Poland.
"…it doesn’t bear much of Demme’s usual audaciousness"… but then you counter that by pointing out the Maria Callas aria scene, which was tremendously audacious, particularly for a major studio film.
It appears I've lodged 'neath your skin.
AVC points for successfully (though a little awkwardly) steering the comments to Trump.
What's your hang-up with movement?
Just to recap:
So….if I'm getting this right…. you're saying that baseball, (correct me if I'm wrong), isn't terribly physical? Is that right?
Thanks for your comments! I'm convinced! I'll never enjoy baseball again.
Wait, let me take a knee. Did you say that ESPN is televising the Yankees and Red Sox tonight?! Holy Jesus, I never thought I'd see the day! (at least it's baseball)
….says the guy who was probably watching "The Big Bang Theory" reruns instead of Game Seven of the 2016 World Series.
Who gives a shit? Like it would be improved if the players bumped into each other more often?
Well, let's be honest about this. I mean, there are only four MLB teams, (Sawx, Yanks, Mets, Nats), so it's a little hard to cover that many games.
Not sure if you're being sarcastic or not but those are pretty damned good. The XFL one was (hilariously) terrific.
No kidding. Though they do a lot of NBA coverage.
