Right, so HRC’s poor numbers were a sure thing and accurately reflected how unpopular she was as a candidate. We know this because it happened. What we don’t know and can’t know is whether GOP attacks on Sanders would’ve been effective and brought his numbers down to HRC levels.

They had 30 years of opposition to Clinton to build on. Hence her historically low favorability numbers and embarrassing general election loss.
