Eh, it checks out for me. I started getting hangovers from like 2 glasses of wine, so I quit altogether a few months ago (for now, anyway). I have a toddler and I just CAN NOT DEAL when I’m hungover.

Whatever reason someone has for quitting drinking is a good reason.  Lots of people need a reason to do something that’s really hard to do.  And quitting drinking is reeaaallly hard to do.  Ask me how I know.
