And some people care about build quality and construction, as well as software innovation and ease of use.

It wasn't an interceptor. It was a reconnaissance aircraft. It was built to go higher and faster than the U-2 could.

I believe it actually wasn't flown because it was constructed in a hangar nowhere near an airport.

Oh good. That makes it much less awkward. Carry on.

I actually just purchased a used LC-A+ because I like the in-camera vignetting. It should arrive in the mail next week. Most of the "lomo style" is from cross processing slide film. If you don't do that it actually takes quite sharp, clear photos. I decided to buy one (I found one used) because I held one at a store…

The LC-A+ actually has a pretty decent lens on it, and the camera is mostly metal.

The whole time I was watching it I couldn't help but picture what he had to do to get those shots i.e., start the camera recording then go walk in front of it like he doesn't know the camera is there. He had no other way, but I still couldn't take it seriously.

You can call the police without calling 911. Emergency numbers are for dangerous situations.

I had an opportunity to photograph this plane about a month ago. It was great to see it fly. See my photo here if you are interested:

I loved the film.

I was wondering when we were going to see this important advancement in motorcycle flipping technique. About time I say.

Pictures of the moon landing, vietnam war, etc are all boring compared to all HDR photos?

@ Dezerus Richardson: There is a question you have to ask yourself—are they buying it because of marketing and buzz, or because they have had a prior good experience with the product and expect a similarly pleasant experience with the next one? Either is acceptable.

Your idea that this is how most Apple products are purchased is delusional, simple as that. It is created in your mind. Never, ever, have I seen or heard someone buying a product only because it was made by Apple. Causation vs. correlation.

"Rather than release something boring, the team created the gorgeous HDR photograph above."

Now playing

As a cyclist, I know what it feels like to be sharing the road with giant chunks of metal.

It already has voice, background downloading, and maps. Pull your head out.

That is funny considering the entire concept of the Android project was inspired by the iPhone.

Correct.

I don't want to argue or anything but this isn't tone-mapped either. When you tone-map a photo the darks get lighter and the highlights get darker. This is the opposite.
