@labeled: CRAZY AUNT KANYE: That is why I said "unless they are actually from India" which could include retaining direct family ties to India. All I am pointing out is that race and nationality are different things. I know you wouldn't go up to a person of Asian descent and ask them if they speak English (unless you

@labeled: CRAZY AUNT KANYE: Unless they are actually from India, asking them about it specifically is a form of racism. That is like asking a kid from Brooklyn about Africa because he is black. He likely doesn't know a damn thing about Africa because he is American.

Luddites bug the shit out of me.

@chtaylor83: Nytimes beat you to that guess by a couple weeks.

@animeman59: He isn't telling users, but those who don't have any personal experience with the phone. Users already know if they have experienced the problem. Almost no one is returning the phone. This is just a sensational story for all the tech blogs so it keeps being rehashed.

The problem isn't large enough to warrant avoiding the device. I have had zero dropped calls or other problems.

@sti25impreza: The funny thing is I was just trying to test it for you, but I couldn't get it to happen with EITHER hand. It is an issue though I guess, as others have pointed out. The band on the outside is made up of 3 antennas. It looks like a solid band but there are little breaks between. When your hand forms a

@Ben Dawson: I have had each phone iteration, and never used a case. It has never gotten damaged, and it didn't look like shit by default because of a case.

@sti25impreza: For many people it isn't an issue. If I make a voice call, I usually use the headphones or hold in in my right hand. So it is absolutely not an issue for me. Others will use a bumper case anyways, so it doesn't matter to them. Some will change their behavior by holding it with the other hand when on a

@SkelatorDan: "This makes no sense to me. I know next to nothing about manufacturing" says it all.

@Smoove-J: It is tablet. What do you expect them to do? It is pretty much as simple as it gets.
