I bet the glossy black really makes the ROD pop in contrast.

"Internal components that are changed: two small fans changed into one large fan for quieter operation, 45nm integrated CPU and GPU"

Yeah this video doesn't show anything besides the resolution at which your camera records.

@qbrad: And it still smells!

@unwritten_law9: I'm sure it costs more to operate per flight than $1,000.

I have always wanted a lightsaber bread knife. You could cut the bread without smashing it, and toast it at the same time.

Dirty sky is the mark of a bad HDR image. Also, excessive glow.

@tande04: Read National Geographic in the Zinio app on the ipad and you will change your mind.

@squishyalt: Most people don't even have the 3G version. It will work just fine on couches, in offices, colleges, and hotels across the country.

Ha! Really? Too zippy? When Wired releases theirs you say "where's the revolution?" And when Time does what we request you say it is too much. Blind cynicism bothers me.

@epoplive: Oh I see, it is an emotional thing. There is no talking sense with someone who is biased.

@epoplive: Shit man, I am just saying it is fun to play with on the bus. Get over it.

@epoplive: Of course it does. Nobody is arguing that a home studio setup isn't as cool as an iPad app.

I'm wondering how fast it spins... I see that it seems to have caught a person on a box mid-slide, but I remember school pano class portraits, and those took forever and everyone had to stay still.

I'm pretty sure that the korg app and a synth app on two iPads sitting on a table is cooler than this.

@sneakypoo: The noise is there because it is a tiny sensor. Any camera's photos will have visible noise when you zoom in.

@crzytenor: You say that like it is their fault you didn't wait.

I just came here to see how creative people would have to get to come up with things to complain about.
