Ha! It's funny because at first I assumed you were referring to Excelsior! As in the famous New York State motto.

Close - but I'd actually put 2 over the original. It goes

and what's the next best after that? Quest for Peace? Man of Steel or Richard Pryor? Returns might be the 3rd best but that's not saying much.

Agreed.

Batman and Birdman and Vulture, oh my!

Get Out was not technically a DC film.

Are you surprised an article about the director of batgirl would include a mention of the director of batman

Remember when Bryan Singer left X-Men to make that jive ass Superman movie? Joss will come crawling backā€¦ but at what price?

I give a crap - make mine marvel!

I distinctly remember him doing dumb kiddie movies like Kangeroo Jack before the charges - then getting gritty adult roles after. A coincidence, I hope.

Lets call that film what it is. Career Opportun-titties.

Agreed. He definitely had flashes of brilliance (The Breakfast Club and Weird Science were both genius for completely different reasons.) but totaling up his body of work- the bad far outweighed the good.

Yeah, Hughes went back to this shallow well too often following the success of Home Alone. Lame slap shtick abounds in Baby's Day Out, Career Opportunities, Dennis The Menace, 101 Dalmatians and Flubber as well. And THREE of those examples involve bumbling criminals.

I always hated the Hughes trademark funny music cue. Like a character would think and we'd hear the "Jeopardy" theme, or something cutesy like that. Cheap laugh.

HOME ALONE 22: Rest Home Robbers

Both, in a way, featured 'The Scream'

I saw the original in a packed theater of people laughing HYSTERICALLY throughout.

This article is probably the result of living in an age of constant outrage.

even weirder, it actually says 'Did not a single WOMAN' look at it. As if it would be immediately obvious to women that this woman is standing up while peeing.

Why did the CHiPs movie go all in on Dax Shepard?
