My favorite film this year was Don't Breathe Twice about the improv group that breaks into an old man's house and gets picked off one by one.

Heh. I haven't seen the film but that's a sweet burn.

I was surprised at that too. Made me wonder if they liked The Dictator too. I love SBC but this newer stuff aint working for me.

They so nailed all that. Their personalities were just as important as their powers - that's what made it great.

That image of Spider-Man with Cap's shield was pretty much the take-my-money moment of 2016.

I hated that line too. The costumes they wore in the film were almost as contrived as the ones in the comics. Plus that line made no sense in the context of the movie.

Fair enough - how bout - it's one of the great cinematic concepts in film history? It's a great premise. And there's so much you can do with it. They squandered it on improv exercises (in 3-D!)

I've always hated the Matrix Yard Sale costumes they had.

I actually went in assuming I would like it because I'd heard such bad things. And my expectations couldn't have been lower. (And I even like Last Stand.) This, I turned off at the climax. I just didn't care. I've always found Singer pretty overrated though.

And why did they keep the set-up to the Ghost Hunters TV show? And the whole - 'Those guys make us look bad' 'They're in it for the money, not the science' - and then do NOTHING WITH THAT. Just crazy sloppy.
