Well, if we talk that they ment bussines days, which can be monday through friday, 2 weeks = 10 bussiness days, so either way, 9 days (assuming they reffer to only bussiness days) would be 2 weeks minus a day. Adding saturday as a half bussiness day, 9 days still its almost 2 weeks
