thats becuz Capcom doesn't know hot to do DLC. they always DLC what its already on the disc, and if there's nothing on the DISC, they release a new game

KMEAW, but for the time, only supports PS3. I heard there's a new CFW that supports PS1 and 2, but 2 only with ps2 capable ps3's
