Wait, I’m pretty sure original tagline was:
JEZEBEL
Feminazis • Lesbian Shitasses • Humorless Commentary

Yeah remember 2007 when Jezebel wasn’t a pop culture site? Those sure were the days.

Kim and Kanye take Taylor Swift

Even if she did sue, it would still be a Kardashian win. A lawsuit like that could be a whole season’s worth of episodes, if not an entirely new show.

Did you accidentally go to a local arts and crafts fair and not the RNC?

( 1 You can’t walk into the convention

yes, taylor is on par victimhood-wise with a murder victim. totally

wow this guy really cares a LOT about this. also, calling taylor one of the most talented women in the world seems like a *bit* of a stretch.

northie’s response:

Agreed on all counts. The most important takeaway is that death threats are never acceptable, and no one should ever be subjected to them. We are fucking better than that.

Apparently Joseph Khan’s (Bad Blood music video director) made some pretty sexist comments about this whole thing as well. I guess I spoke too soon when I said that Khole made the worst comment about this whole thing. Her friend Abigail’s comment was also pretty disgusting, but I think this takes the cake. Geesh.

Where is Selena Gomez to tell her that this is petty and that the world has real problems?

I don’t care whose side you’re on, dragging a toddler into this fight is disgusting. If you think being an adult means getting back at someone by ‘looking out’ for their kid, then you’re doing it wrong.

Agreed, that garbage was sanctimonious and disingenuous as all get out.

no one should get death threats. let’s just make that clear off the bat.

This really bums me out, I loved their relationship.

HOT TAKE: I think Kim and Kanye are cute together. Sure, they are both absolutely insane, but they seem really supportive of each other and I buy it.

I have to admit.. the amount of planning, filming, and time that went into the Taylor Swift take down is impressive.

She had to have know this would incense or inflame people who still hate Kayne for the “President Bush hates Black People” comment or the “I’mma let you finish” rant. The man can be annoying, but a ton of the hate he seems to get relates to his blackness and how he doesn’t ‘know his place’.

I think the hilarity of the Taylor Swift fiasco is overshadowing the racial aspect of it. A not-insignificant part of Swift’s rise stemmed from people wanting to protect her from the black man who repeatedly victimized her. Swift doesn’t strike me as a particularly stupid person and I’m sure she’s aware of this fact.
