On this website, you will find something called the 2015 American Heritage 45A, which is an enormous luxury RV that sells for – I swear this is true – $843,750. Yes, that's right: if you have $850,000 burning a hole in your pocket, one of the decisions you'll have to make is whether you want to purchase a beautiful,

I'm with you. Hatchbacks are good for hauling bulky items and not much more. They're structurally weaker, heavier, noisier, more prone to rattles, and have higher centers of gravity. I understand why some people prefer them, but not people that care about how a car drives. Maybe they just like to pretend they do for

Enjoy Sharia Law. The people you vote for won't save you from it.

Dan Neil was too busy looking in the mirror to notice that the Berlinetta wasn't offered with the Iron Duke, and the Camaro in this photo is a Berlinetta. It would have had a 2.8 liter V6 as standard, or a 305 V8 as an option.

The Berlinetta came standard with a V6 and had a 305 V8 as an option. One should not trust Dan Neil as a source of information.

See, the "e" models were specific to the U.S. market and featured a 2.7-liter inline six that redlined at just 5,000 RPM in the name of fuel economy. Sounds like a shitty idea for a non-diesel engine, right? It sure was. The 325e was not the E30 you wanted. (The 528e got the same motor, and it sucked too.)

The Phaeton failed because it was a VW. It sold just fine once they tripled the price and called it a Bentley.

It's funny that strengthening one's adversary for WW3 is preferable to a few redundancies.

Strong arm robbery isn't shop lifting. There is very little honesty driving the people that want to make this about racism.

When I think of Land Rover, I think of incompetence. This does little to change my feelings.

Ram's best in class claim is entertaining if nothing else. I assume people that have big jobs to do with trucks choose trucks based on their capabilities and value. A Ram 3500 equipped to compare with a basic F450 XL costs just as much as a F450 XL. I'm not sure what calling the Ram a lighter duty truck than the F450

I understand that the methodology would make it hard to put a Ferrari on the list, but it is one of the most recognized names in the world. The popularity of Formula 1, the numerous appearances in film, and the beauty of so many of Pininfarina's designs have made Ferrari well known to people that have never seen a VW.

Massachusetts was the first state to adopt no-fault auto insurance in 1970. 25 other states later adopted it. No-fault was supposed to reduce auto insurance rates, but instead the states that deployed it saw insurance costs increase 50% over conventional tort states. The least silly of the no-fault states abandoned it

Then again, the European Jazz also came with better engines than the Fit. Luckily, by the time of the second-generation US car came out, Honda managed to fix most problems simply by adding a few of thoughtful design features and tightening quality control.

What's up with the 2002 badge? Weren't these 2000s? photo

Who ran the gang sign image? The only photo of him I've seen on TV is one where he has on a denim vest.

As long as you only drive American cars, you'll never know what you're missing. I don't trust everything Consumer Reports says, especially recently. I do trust what I've learned in over 40 years including working as a service writer in an all make shop.

Probably because they were the standard issue family hauler for many years, wagons still have an undeserved reputation for being boring and uncool. Real car enthusiasts know that they're the only way to get the practicality of an SUV with the driving dynamics of a car. They make for great sleepers too.

Modern american cars carry the unfortunate stigma of American cars of the '70s and '80s, and even most of the '90s and 2000s, to be honest. Today's reality is that they're typically as good as anything else on the market. The days of the K-Car are well behind us.

If it is any consolation, buying something else is the consequence of falling for this misinformation campaign. #idiottax
