Yeah, like why and how does that Queen have such beautiful regalia?!

It is built-in, at least on iOS 13. (Just switched to iPhone so I don’t know if it’s new in 13.) It should show up on Control Center in the bottom right. If you have multiple Apple TVs, it’ll let you choose which one. It also seems to integrate really well with LastPass so entering passwords is a non issue to me now.

Yeah, the remote sucks. I switched to a Logitech Harmony remote and it’s perfect if you can figure out how to program it all.

Any because it can charge from both USB-C and Surface Connect.

Why doesn’t the restaurant’s response say anything about the customer being banned for life?

I’d be careful about that. On the Subscriptions page, Apple says, “If you cancel, you and your family members immediately lose access to Apple TV+ and the remainder of your 1 year free trial. You can’t reactivate this trial.”

Standing rule: For all free trials, setup a calendar reminder a week before renewal to cancel the trial. Voila. No surprise charges.

There should be an app for that. Like instead of fiverr, call it benjamins and you can do CEO-level decision making on a gig basis.

Same. I just switched to Apple and it would be an unexpected surprise to be able to use these as well.

Best take.

It’s a secret ploy to get everyone to support Space Internet. Free cheap bandwidth for everyone!

Amazon seems to have gone all-in on those cheap Chinese knockoffs. I’ve stopped looking on Amazon for anything charger related as a result. Like search for “Apple Watch Charger” and all the results have fake “Made for iWatch” or “Charger for Apple Watch” icons all made to look like they’re officially certified.

Yep, my aunt advised me to do that when I was just getting started. It does add up, and it’s not just the $ amount that matters. It’s also good because it gets you in the habit of putting money away. And sooner or later your thinking becomes “I can put away $10 a month, $15 shouldn’t be a problem.”

It’s a trick. They’re secretly saying it’s not worth it!

Lol yeah. That’s like writing an article and a footnote at the bottom:

The only real issue I’ve seen with sound quality isn’t due to driver quality, but because true wireless buds seem to be more vulnerable to bluetooth interference, sometimes resulting in them going out of sync with each other or one of the channels being unstable.

Turns out, rich people are more willing to share helicopter rides than they are cabs or Ubers.

Not to mention the CoupeUVs too.

I would use it to buy a better car. Like instead of a Cayman, I’d spring for the 911.

Banks are seriously deficient in their support for two factor authentication. AFAICT, no major US bank supports software token like an authenticator app or hardware token like Yubikey. It’s just SMS and even phone call support.
