Consistent 60 FPS throughout. Commercials weren’t too bad, but they did cut things off abruptly. Towards the end, it seemed they were matching…

I’ve got an NVidia Shield which runs Android TV. The YouTube TV app is pretty good, the UI isn’t as confusing as the Hulu TV interface, which has gotten lots of complaints. Also Hulu hasn’t updated their Android TV app to support live TV yet (and don’t have immediate plans to).

Who’s watching on a cell phone? My TV has an ESPN app. That’s how I’ll be watching.

You can use the YouTube TV login with the ESPN app which gives access to ESPN3 for P1 & P2.

My biggest problem with digital purchases? They’re locked to your Switch. The Switch is the kind of platform where lots of people will have their own system. So if you’re in a group and you wanna let someone else play a game you bought, you’re gonna have to give them your Switch.

You can also tune the sound to your ears. It’ll run you through one of those “Do you hear the beeps” tests and optimize the audio based on the results. Seems to make a big difference to me.

Honestly I’ll take the echo chamber compared to what happens right now. Just last week, I watched a video by a female YouTuber and in the “Related” videos is a video from a balding bitter redpiller about how life passed her by and she’s a loser for being in her 30s without a boyfriend.

Yep, I worked for a company that went bankrupt. The pension plan was gone and anyone banking on it was SOL. But my 401k and the matched funds were safe and sound.

Why? What if they opt out because the employer doesn’t pay enough and that extra money means having enough to pay rent?

And since cars pump in fake exhaust sounds to your speakers anyway, they should also let you “tune” your engine to sound like an F1 car or a big V8.
