Elon Musk came and spoke at my company yesterday. Dude is wicked smart, and he turns out to be hilarious too.

Do I get 6 months free if I have a 9.99 paid account already? Just not charge me for a while? Hope so!

Jannard is totally going to use this to explain why it takes a beelyon years to go from one of his camera teaser announcements to that camera actually being for sale.

Had the pleasure of sitting in on a talk that Mr. Yergin gave to my company today. Lots of food for thought.

sounds just like...the library but for pay.

Everyone in "tech" at my company, [fool.com,] has a Sayl. They're super comfortable. I'm actually going to buy one for home because I like mine at the office so much.

Well, The Old Republic beta is in full swing now and the game is supposed to be released this "holiday" season, so Blizz has to do something to keep people interested.

Hey Kotaku! Screenshot galleries aren't useful to me if they aren't what the gamer will see when playing the game! Show us the UI as the player would see it actually playing the game or don't show it at all!

I ended up with 2 Dell PE2850 rack mount servers in a similar office giveaway. Each box has dual dual-core 3GHz Xeons, 8 gigs of RAM. Both have 6- U320-SCSI hotswap drives, one with about 600 gigs total storage across the array, and one with about 200 gigs.

Not a single photo of the whole statue? You could only post close crops? Weak.

Completely ineffectual in a place like Afghanistan. Carpet bombing is useful for two things: for taking out widespread industrial complexes like the ball bearing factory and associated faclities in Schweinfurt or for attacks on large populations "to break their will" like the firebombing raids on Tokyo during World
